The first of five things which come from the hand of God is ourselves. From a Biblical perspective, the basis of self image is God who made us in His image and Who renovates the Christian's life. Furthermore, God has His hand in the makeup of every individual (Ps 139:13-16) which encompasses both strengths and weaknesses in mind, will, emotions and body. Summarized below are several reasons why we can accept ourselves just as God has made us.
